I have to say this is exactly what I was looking for. I've had a tricky year and a few changes to deal with and after hearing some great recommendations and also reviews from goodreads I knew this book was for me.The chapter that spoke best to me has to be 'Being'- In The Female Leader: Empowerment, Confidence & Passion, Nicole Le Maire covers the topic of ‘Being’. There was great advice on how to handle constructive criticism and how best to grow from it. I certainly find it hard, like many, to take criticism, constructive or otherwise but this really made me step back and think. As many reviews stated this really is a critical skill in becoming who you are meant to be rather than letting other people's opinions formulate the amount of greatness or joy you take in what you do.
Overall, the whole book is a recommended read but in particular the chapter 'Being' was exactly what I needed for some internal reflection on how the external might perceive me and how to learn and adapt from things positive and negative.
I can't recommend this book enough, I love it!

Recommend this book to all aspiring and current female leaders globally! Bravo to the contributing authors!
I picked up a copy of this book out of curiosity and found the chapter on 'Being' by Nicole Le Maire to be the highlight for me. We're constantly told to emulate successful business people but all we do is become clones of them, this chapter refocused my thoughts on promoting who I am through my business rather than aspiring to copy someone else. I'm glad I came across this book and I recommend it to anyone looking to re-evaluate where their business is heading.
